I also think so, but it depends on what kind of fabric they use for roof top and how thick it is...the 500c is very beautiful. it will be all right for all the seasons---
I used to have a Chrysler Stratus conv. and that was actually warmer inside than the normal sedan... I drove that car in temps as low as -15 to -20C and it always became fast warm(very warm)
The normal 500 have a pretty poor heater and doesent get really warm at all when it is -5 and colder....When I take my 500 out in cold mornings I have to drive for 20-25 minutes before I am satisfied with the heat inside
But beside that I love that car
